Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Camplyst website (camplyst.com) or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Camplyst LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Camplyst," "we," "us," or "our").

2. What Camplyst Is

Camplyst is a pre-launch platform currently in the waitlist stage. The Service is designed to:

• Help campgrounds and RV parks recover revenue lost to cancellations by alerting pre-matched campers
• Help campers discover and claim campsite availability on short notice
• Provide campground operators with tools to manage availability and track recovered revenue

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

If you are representing a campground or business, you represent that you have authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of that business.

4. The Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you:

• Agree to receive communications from Camplyst related to our launch, product updates, and relevant announcements
• Understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee any specific position, priority, pricing, or access
• Can unsubscribe from communications at any time via the link in any email we send

We reserve the right to modify waitlist terms, priorities, or access at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Service without our written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

Camplyst reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Campground Operators

If you represent a campground or RV park:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all availability and pricing information you provide
• You agree that Camplyst is a marketing and notification tool, not a booking system (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
• You remain responsible for honoring bookings made through or facilitated by Camplyst
• You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• You agree to any additional Campground Partner Terms we may issue as the platform launches

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, branding, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Camplyst LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Camplyst materials without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Camplyst a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This is especially relevant during our pre-launch phase, during which features may change, be unavailable, or behave unexpectedly.
